But the future holds even more: artificial intelligence will not only translate individual words and sentences but will also better understand the cultural and contextual background in order to convey content more precisely. The translation of emotions, nuances, and idiomatic expressions will likewise be optimized, addressing challenges we face today. 

In the near future, interpreters could be supported by wearable devices and augmented reality. These technologies will enable live translations during conferences or negotiations, with AI simulating the interpreter's voice or even visually adjusting the speaker's lip movements. Video content—such as films or presentations—will be processed in real time with synchronized speech and lip movements, revolutionizing video translation.

Even literature will not remain untouched by these advances. Automatic translations of books, academic papers, or poems will become more precise and faster, although human creativity and interpretation will still remain crucial. In the future, translators will increasingly act as “post-editors,” refining machine-generated translations and ensuring that emotional and stylistic authenticity is preserved.
